  • For over 80 years the iconic and unique medal was awarded at every Oireachtas Rince Uladh, Ulster Irish Dance Championships. It was much admired and treasured by every champion, teachers, parents and family. Above all other Championship medals the ‘Ulster’ medal has been, within and beyond the Irish Dance community to be pre-eminent in design and status valued above many others.. The medal of unique and original © design was created and produced in the 1940’s by J C May, a Jeweller in King Street Belfast.
